Changing Your Benefits

Last updated Friday, June 23, 2023

Most benefit elections* can be changed under a particular set of circumstances, or at a given point in time. If you are currently enrolled in PEBB benefits, select a link below to learn more.

(If you are new to the UW or are starting in a benefits-eligible position, please visit the New/Newly-Eligible Employees: Enrolling in Benefits – Start Here! page instead.)

You can review your current benefit enrollments at any time in Workday using these steps:

  1. Log into Workday from the “Sign In To Workday” link at the top of this page (or any page on the ISC website)
  2. In Workday, select Menu in the upper-left corner of the screen, then select the Benefits icon
  3. In the View section, select Benefit Elections to show your current benefit elections and their costs.

Other Benefits

Many benefits you receive as a UW employee - such as paid holidays and your UPASS - do not involve enrollment via Workday. For details, refer to the "Other Benefits" listed in UWHR's Benefit Summary PDFs.
