Reporting Unemployment Fraud to the ISC

UW employees who believe a fraudulent employment claim has been made in their name should first report the fraud to Washington State’s Employment Security Department (ESD), and then to the ISC using this form.

Reminder: Use Your Personal Holiday Before the End of the Year

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to schedule your Personal Holiday Time Off! All monthly paid employees receive one paid personal holiday each calendar year, but it must be used by December 31, or, per University policy, the paid holiday will expire and it will not roll over into next year.
