If you changed your health plan during Open Enrollment, your plan provider will send your insurance ID card within 2 to 3 weeks of when they process your enrollment or after your coverage effective date, whichever is later. Please note that it can take 1-2 weeks for some health plans to process your enrollment.

Insurance ID cards are sent to the home address you’ve specified in Workday.

Note that, while the Uniform Dental Plan (PPO) does not send ID cards, they may be downloaded from the plan website.

If you need to access medical care and have yet not received your ID card, please contact your health plan directly.

Visit the Changing Your Benefits page to learn about other opportunities to make enrollment changes.
