  • A new UW employee (hired within the last 31 days) in a PEBB benefits-eligible position

  • A current UW employee who, within the last 31 days, moved from a position that wasn’t PEBB benefits-eligible to one that is
    -or-
  • A current UW temporary employee or part-time Faculty who has gained eligibility due to working the required number of hours
