Your Benefits

ISC Alert  – It has come to our attention that there are 19 known instances in which an employee’s dependent(s) records have not been updated accurately with the carriers (Regence, Kaiser/Group Health) due to a system integration error. Rest assured that coverage detailed in Workday is accurate. If emergency care is needed, please go without delay.

Please know we have been working closely with the Health Care Authority and will continue to resolve this integration issue as swiftly as possible. If you need immediate care or have a planned visit with your provider, please contact the ISC and indicate it is a critical situation. We will provide updates as we learn more. We are extremely sorry for any difficulty this system error has caused for you and your dependent(s).
