Workday Training

Curriculum Change Announcement
The format of the courses for the HCM Initiate 2, Academic Partner, and HR Partner roles is changing beginning 9/1/2017. There will continue to be two sessions for each of the roles. The first session will be designed for all three roles and must be taken prior to the second session. The second session will be split into two distinct classes: one for Academic Partners and HCM Initiate 2s, and one for HR Partners. Attending both sessions appropriate to your role and passing the assessment associated with it is still required for all those seeking these security roles

 

This page is designed to point you to the training content you will need to review for your Workday security role. It will also give you an idea of what order would be best to consume it in if you’re new to Workday and/or your role. To use this page:

  1. Find your role(s) on the left. If you have two or more roles and there is an overlap of training content, don’t feel the need to take the same training twice, unless you need the refresher.
  2. Check out which trainings you should begin with and plan your time accordingly.
  3. When you’re ready to begin, you can view, sign up, and download the materials for that course directly from this page.
