Academic Information, Education, and Committees

You can view your academic information including all current appointments, and tenure, including track and rank information.

Your education history will be entered and accessible in Workday.

Compensation and Payroll

You can view your salary and additional compensation, as well as view and print your W-2 form and pay slips.

You can update your direct deposit and W-4 information, as needed. A great feature of Workday is the ability to have up to three direct deposit accounts.

Make your benefit elections online, and view benefit enrollment for yourself and your dependents.

Enrollment updates can be made for yourself and your dependents due to life events.

During open enrollment, you will be able to change benefit elections online.

Employee Self Service

You can access personal information such as job details as well as edit information like emergency contacts and general contact information.

Time and Absence

Hourly faculty enter time worked in Workday.

Faculty leaves of absence are entered into Workday by Unit Academic Partners.

Faculty who hold a Time and Absence Approver role need to approve  Time Worked and Time Off for employees they manage.
