Please Review Staff Changes and Initiate Necessary Processes

With the end of the year approaching and a new quarter about to begin, now is a great time to review if action needs to be taken on a worker. We often see the most payroll errors, especially for returning student employees, between one quarter and the next.

Please take some time in the next few weeks to run the R0321 Upcoming End Employment Date report in order to identify employees who have End Dates that have already passed, and have appointments and compensation that need to be extended.

As a reminder: please don’t forget to add the business justification in the comments section for all compensation actions; providing the justification is necessary for approvers and your HCM Service Partners and will help avoid time-consuming send-backs and delays.
