Summer Hiatus Reminder: Correction Requests Due Friday June 8 at 12:00 pm

As a reminder, the deadline for requesting corrections for any academic personnel already placed on Summer Hiatus for the entire summer (June 16 – September 15) is this Friday, June 8 by 12:00 pm. Units can validate all Summer Hiatus leave data by running the R0047 Summer Hiatus Audit Report.

Please submit correction requests to with the subject line “Summer Hiatus Corrections.”

For units manually placing eligible faculty on Summer Hiatus for the entire summer in Workday, the deadline for all entries and approvals is Friday, June 8 prior to 5:00 pm. For more details on how to place employees on Summer Hiatus, please see Guidance: Placing Academic Personnel on Summer Hiatus.
