Reminder: HCM Transaction Deadline Must be Met to Ensure Employees Paid on Time

As a reminder, the deadline for submitting HCM transactions (eg, Hires, Terminations, etc.) to the ISC are the days highlighted in purple on the Campus Payroll and HCM Transaction Calendar. The HCM Transaction Unit Approval Deadline date allows the necessary time it takes to process transactions and make sure employees receive a correct paycheck on payday.

HCM transactions submitted on or before the HCM Deadline will be processed prior to the Payroll Cutoff. Please be aware that, due to the volume of last minute HCM transactions submitted close to the deadline, transactions submitted after the HCM Deadline may not be processed in time to enable employees to be paid or receive their benefits in a timely manner. To ensure your employees are paid on time and receive their benefits, please submit your HCM transactions as early as possible before the deadline.
