I-9 Worker Audit Report

As a reminder, you can use the “Worker I-9 Audit for Previous/Current System” Report to ensure employees in your unit have a valid I-9 on file. Please refer to the I-9 Coordinators Page for detailed instructions on how to complete this regular audit. The page also provides guidance on what is required of rehired employees and whether a rehired employee needs to complete a Form I-9 from scratch or just Section 3 of the I-9.

Please take a moment to review the “Worker I-9 Audit for Previous/Current System” Report and follow up with any of your own employees who are currently out of compliance.
