We are delighted to announce the release of a newly redesigned Manage My Work dashboard. This dashboard, which is an ideal tool for HCM Initiate 2’s, HR Partners, and Academic Partners, can be accessed from the “Manage My Work” worklet on your Workday landing page. The dashboard provides a bird’s eye view of activity in your unit so you can keep an eye on hiring, position creation, job changes, and more. This interactive page will show you Workday transactions that are in progress or recently completed, and has embedded graphs and links that allow you to dig in for more details.
This dashboard was built in response to a frequent request from users who desired a tool to help keep track of the numerous transactions required to support their employees and organization. We collected input about what information should be featured in the dashboard from stakeholders across our campuses. The array of reports and data featured are the results of the input your colleagues provided.
Instructions for accessing and configuring your dashboard can be found in the Manage My Work Quick Guide. You will have the ability to choose which Supervisory Organizations you want to see, and add some customization that allows you to see the data that is most important to you for your work (note: report availability is specific to your security role).
