We recommend starting with Open Enrollment 101: A Guide to Understanding Open Enrollment to decide what, if anything, you need to do. Then, if you’ve determined you need or want to make changes, move on to the Open Enrollment 201: A Guide to Making Changes in Workday for guidance on each step in Workday.

Ready to Begin Making Open Enrollment Changes?

Simply login to Workday, and from the Inbox worklet select Open Enrollment Change to begin. Refer to the Open Enrollment User Guide for step-by-step guidance.

  • You will make any desired changes within the Change Benefits for Open Enrollment email (scroll to the bottom to find the table that contains your choices).
  • Do NOT start Open Enrollment using the Benefits worklet – this will generate errors and will not make the Open Enrollment changes you want.
