As a result of the recent updates to graduate student pay rates and associated compensation changes, actual compensation end dates were erroneously deleted for these fixed-term employees. Departments should run the “Upcoming End Date” report (R0321) to ensure that these fixed-term employees have corresponding compensation end dates that align with their expected end date on their position. Actual end dates can be added to compensation using the “Request Compensation Change” business process. If actual end dates are not updated it may result in overpayment of your employees.
