HR/Payroll Modernizations’ strategies serve as guidance for decision-making throughout our design, configuration, and implementation.  They enable program team members to make efficient and effective choices while encouraging enterprise-wide thinking and consideration.  Strategies help us think about our work in a larger context, and consider how our decisions impact and affect others, engendering continuity, consistency, and harmony in our work across the UW.
